I was born 2 months after Settlement Deed by my Father in favour of my 3 brothers and my Mother as guardian. I am also entitle to Settlement or not.

A.Yes you have the equal share in the property as you were in the womb of your mother.
Please file a partition deed if your share is denied by the settle ment deed parties.

Settlement deed is a legally enforceable document and has to be registered. Only those properties can be settled which have been self-acquired .
