Show cause notice from customs office

I have ordered a headphone from Ali Express and they sent a sex toy inplace of it which is stuck at customs office. I have received a letter inviting me to a personal hearing.
What should I do??
please tell me ways to solve it

You have to go in person or through advocate and convince them about mis-sent of the product and thus your contention may be accepted by custom authorities and case may be closed.

A.Please attend hearing at Custom office with Details, such as "Order/Invoice", and complaint Letter to ALi Express for sending wrong item AND Their response. If required Legal Assistance, take Lawyer in That Town of Hearing (Chennai or Mumbai or different as per your notice).
If you really not taken the order, you will be cleared from case.
Some times, they charge Penalty or Fine. Rare circumstances, they may act on Other sections.

A.Hi,
You will have to appear for the hearing, but you can claim a refund with Ali Express as they shipped something that you did not order, which amounts to misrepresentation on their part.

A.Do you have the proof that you have infact ordered a headphone. You should attend personally complying with the custom office's letter and should produce the evidence that actually you ordered the headphone not the sex toy.
