A.Dear Sir,
Civil cases takes long time to get a result. Since there is already a gift as such daughters may not get any relief in the partition suit.

A.As the land has been purchased by you from your father through sale deed, so there is no question of partition suit.Legally on the basis of documents the case is not maintainable.

A.Hi,
You are the lawful owner of the land, the sale deed serves as proof of the same. Your sisters' claims are unlikely to be successful. You can also file a suit for declaration of title where the Court will decree that the title is in your name.

A.Hi,
Your grandmother was her husband's legal heir and as such, the sale to you was valid. You need not worry as you are the lawful owner of the 4 acres. You can file a suit for declaration of title to have the Court grant the property to you.
