Which authority should I contact for abusive language and threat by my neighbour, I live in railway colony

A.Hi,
If your neighbor is causing a nuisance, you should initially talk to them about the problem and ask them politely to stop or remove the nuisance. If the nuisance still continues, you can file a complaint with the local police.

You have the option to call the police and police will come to the place mentioned by you in the phone call. They will come to the spot and ask you the problem and then will take the action against them.
