Sir, mere ma ka accident lucknow charbag station ke bahar road pe 13/12/2019 ko hua tha jisme unko kafi bone fracture ho gaya tha aur 1 month tak KGMC me admit rakhna pada isi time FIR bhi darj hua tha.. Fir hamlog discharge ke bad apne hometown buxar bihar aa gaye.. Aur corona shuru ho jane ke karan motor insurance claim nahi kar paye. Ab karna chahte hai.. Pls tell us ki kaise karna padega aur achhe lawyaer ka contact bhi dijiye jo help kar sake... Thanku

A.Hi,
In order to validate car insurance claim. You need to fulfill the insurance claim document along with the submission of the necessary documents. These are the following documents required in the claim settlement process.
1.Copy of the insurance policy
2.First Information Report (FIR) filed with the police station
3.Copy of the driver's license
4.Copy of the registration certificate of the car

A.Hi,
Submit all the records of the details of the car, the driver, and the witnesses along with the FIR to the insurance company.
File a claim with your insurance company and ask them to assign a surveyor to evaluate the loss.
