How can I fight my case as I don't have any money now and I am suffering domestic violence and mental abuse from past 10 yrs?

A.You may file a Written Complaint in CAW Cell (Crime Against Women Cell). Further, approach the Legal Aid Cell situated in the district court and apply fora lawyer and they will assign a lawyer for you.

A.You may take help of legal aid clinic situated in every district court. There are several woman oriented organisations to whom you may contact. For any legal assistance and guidance you may also consult.
