Answering to the suit for partition Answering to the suit for partition

My uncles have applied for the suit for partition of our joint property. How should I submit my answer to that in the court without a lawyer as Iam not able to afford a counselor given my financial conditions. I want to answer to the suit myself but do not know the procedure...

A.On the day of your case hearing , goto the court and while calling your case number , enter the witness box and state your inability of fixing a lawyer, and explain your stand in the case, and if a lawyer is needed request the court to provide legal aid from the legal services available in court at free of cost
