My father was died 2 years ago and I'm the only daughter and someone told me that you can apply for the post as you are single in your family so can I do this

A.Hi,
Many Government jobs do offer such replacements, especially when the former employee was the family's sole breadwinner.
However, you will have to look into the terms of your father's employment to see if you can apply or the same position.

A.Hi,
This would depend on the terms of your father's employment contract. However, some Government positions are offered to one's legal heirs in certain circumstances. As such, you can apply for your father's post.
