I am an employee in a limited company working in marketing department . I was made aurthorised signatory and me and ceo signed cheque which got bounced
Matter in court . I am an employee only not director , not shareholder , will I be tried in 138/141

A.Hi,
While you are a party to the suit, you can claim you were unaware of the company's bank statement at the time of signing the cheques. The lability is ultimately borne by the company itself.
