Selling portion of a land

I have a 1500 sq ft land and now I am going to sell 600 sq ft to someone. Do I have to get a new title document for the rest 900 sq ft? Do I have to give the original title deed to the purchaser?
A.Hi,
The Sub-Registrar's office will amend the schedule in the original deed and then provide a new deed for the newly sold portion of the property.

A.Hi,
You will have to approach the Sub-Registrar's office, who will give you the details of the same. They will amend the property's schedule in the original deed and grant a new one for the newly sold portion.
