my own parents are convinced to give me a life of a prostitute as they believe i m destined to live like this i have no issue of living my life alone if they had asked to but i dont want a life they want for me...they were convinced with this ideas since years i had no clue about all this so they had been manipulating situations in my life althrough to prove it as a fact that its all my choice its completely a manipulation now from the day i confronted them they are stalking me through every mean...and i m not sure if they have already took any price for me and they are stalking me for the reason that what if i could run or escape....i also submitted an application to the nearby police station but the main issue there was how can parents can do that and the policemen also believed and listened to my parents meanwhile my parents said that we have no such intention and if the girl wanted to get marry we'll soon marry her....i eventually convinced by their statement and didnot made FIR ...but nothing has changed instead they are planning to expose me in anyway of being characterless ...i m now living in my maternal grandmother house but i m not sure of my safety her too....they blackmailed me even for my college as they promoted me as a negative character there too and the deals there are like involving the faculty too so that i m unable to get my degree and even they are threatening if i i took any legal help... my pictures my personal details all are being publicised
what legal action can i take in this regard?

Complain to the police under Sections 383, 503, 506 and 509 IPC for criminal intimidation, extortion and outraging a woman's modesty.
You can also claim maintenance from them. Protection orders can be ranted forbidding them from contact you, if they persist.

Your parents have a duty to maintain you until the age of majority, you can file a maintenance petition for the same.

As per your inputs you are being humiliated by your own parents, police also supporting your parents, your right to life is being violated by turning up you as a prostitute which is illegal and punishable under the prevailing law, you have all legal remedies, the only thing is the local police have been under the undue influence of your parents, so you better need to lodge a complaint to higher authorities and State Human Rights Commission praying to provide you a decent life.
