REFUND OF COURSE FEE AS LECTURER HAS NOT GIVEN NOTES

SIR I HAVE DONE ADVANCE COURSE OF PRAWN FARMING IN ALIBAUG MAHARASHTRA BY PAYING 3500 BUT TEACHING WAS NOT GOOD AND NOT GIVEN NOTES OR LINK FOR FUTURE STUDY AND I SENT HIM REFUND NOTICE AND WARNED HIM FOR GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT SO INSTEAD OF REFUNDING Rs.5000 WITH INTEREST HE SEND ME NOTICE TO PAY Rs.25000 AS LEGAL FEES AND PUT BESSLESS ALLEGATION THAT I AM EXTORTING MONEY FROM HIS CLIENT. ACTUALLY I AM RETIRED ENGG. PROF. ALSO HIS CLIENT NOT ISSUED ME FEE RECEIPT FOR Rs.3500. TO SAVE GST. I HAVE PREPARED REPLY AND I WANT TO CHECK BY LAWYER BEFORE SENDING. CAN I MAIL THE SAME WITH PROOFS? PLEASE REPLY
