I am reconstructing my parents around 100 year old house at Village Tana Someshwar Almora
Work was started since October 2019
Almost a month before Patwari came to my house and took pictures of house and stated to me I need to take permission from Almora District Development Authority because my house is near to Motor road
Distance from road to my house is approximately 150 meter
Today I received a notice from SDM office Almora via Patwari & Tahsildaar . According to SDM I need to present in his / her office on February 19, 2021 for explanations
Please advise
