Police won't allow to fill criminal complain because police took bribes and did something wrong with someone I record video evidence against them, and magistrate also not available because of carona, so where can I file, please help me

A.Hi,
You can approach several Courts online. You can complain about their misconduct to senior officials, they are more likely to take your complaint seriously.

The power of ordering remand is give to the judicial magistrate under S.167 of the Cr.PC. This power comes into picture when the investigation is not completed within 24 hours. If you have the evidence of the same, you can contact a lawyer and arrange to submit the evidence to the court.
