A.Hi,
Stay orders on sale can be granted under O.21, R.59 of the Civil Procedure Code. A petition to the Court must be made under the same.
You will have to establish in your representation that refusal to grant such order will expose you to hardship and suffering.
The costs will vary from lawyer to lawyer, we can help you with this.

A.Hi,
We will need more details about why you need the stay order to determine the best course of action. You will have to approach the Court under Order 21, Rule 59 of the Civil Procedure Code. The Court will grant the order if it appears that not granting the same would cause you to suffer from loss and hardship.
The costs will depend on the lawyer you choose to represent you.
