Regarding sale of sale of plants in govt school building

I have sold dried plants situatingg in the premises of my govt school by following all legal formalities.can I use this money for school development or I have to deposit money in govt treasury.

Hi,
Unless there was an agreement in place stipulating that the money is to only be deposited in the treasury, you can use the profits to develop the school.
