I am on bail and my case have been cleared by mutual co operation does still I have to be presented in front of magistrate or in my behalf any authorised person can go there

A.U have to be present at the time of hearing/ settlement as the court has to record the statements of both the accused and the complainant.

Without knowing the offences I am unable to suggest. Ask the police to file closure report.

It was a case of 420 with misunderstandings but now my case is cleared but in high court still I m on bail
