Can a property mortgaged with bank be included in Settlement Deed in tamilnadu?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have mortgaged my house property to bank and availed loan. I am a widow and the property is my hard earned. My husband has died 27 years ago. Now i am survived by 1 son and 3 daughters all are married. I have decided to share/divide 4 equal parts to my children after my life. Please advice me if I can also Include the mortgaged property in the proposed Settlement Deed in Tamilnadu.

A.No u cannot do so without consent of the bank as the bank will require u to clear loan at the first instance.
