5 years ago
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have intercaste married without our parents permission on 2016. her parents doesnt knw abt our marriage. she lived in her home with her parents. I requested her parents for our marriage. but they refused,.her parents not willing to join us til today. Due to some depression I gone through I yelled at her some times very harsly. and I healed myself and asked many sorrys. and begging her till today. inbetween she told abt our register marriage to her parents. but now she is requesting for divorce.
1. she gone through problems due to my angerness. it happened when I gone though much depression on my family problems and also she dint properly convinced her parents. she wasted 2 years by not saying. so i slowly convinced her, but no luck one day I bursted at her.
2. her parents without torturing her, they changed her mind and comforted her eventhough they know she married to me.
so she took this decision. but I love her alot, Im regretting why I yelled at her. She decided not to live with me and requesting for mutual separation.

Firstly, in order to save yourself from police case, send a complaint to local police station that your wife has voluntarily left ur home and wait for some time for her to respond because time is the biggest healer.it is possible that better sense may prevail upon your wif and her parents who are doing nothing but putting the life of the daughter on fire.
Secondly, go for mutual settlement through friends and relatives to sort out differences. Thirdly, go for pre-litigation mediation if available in your city/ district to sort out differences with your wife. It is a rough patch in your life and once u pass through it without litigation, hopefully your wife may return because it is im-maturity in both of you which in my opinion is the real problem and nothing else.it is said all is well which ends well.so try to sort out all disputes amicably.
Past is past. Let your lover live her own life and start new life without further wasting the young age. The pro forma mutual divorce is as follows.
=============================================================================================================
Divorce by Mutual Consent Step by Step Procedure
Hindus: Under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, a husband and wife can file a mutual divorce only when they have lived apart for at least a year. The couple must jointly mention about inability to continue the marital relationship due to some unavoidable circumstances. Both the sides must voluntarily agree to dissolve the marriage. The filing of a mutual divorce by both the husband and the wife is termed as ‘the first motion’. A couple can file for a second motion after a gap of six months. This time span is provided to the couple so that they get time to reconsider their marriage. A divorce decree can be passed before the completion of the six months term if all the mandatory requirements are sufficed. If the divorce file is not withdrawn within 18 months,the court passes a divorce decree. In case one of the sides withdraws the petition,the court initiates to make an enquiry. If the concerned side disagrees to give the consent,the court holds no right to pass the judgment.
