My neighbour is doing nuisance .my neighbour house is opposite of ours. My neighbour has let thier bathroom water on our road path. Moreover they have encroached the public road and also doing nuisance. We also have file a case and we have won the case. But still the won case is pending and waiting for writ application. Please help to solve. Any government officials who come look into place and tell it's in case and they don't take any action. We want this public nuisance to be stopped by our neighborhood please help. Thanks in advance.

A.Hi,
You can get the court to pass an injunction order thereby preventing your neighbour's activities. They can also be punished by the local development authority for creating a public health hazard. you will have to complain about the same.

A.Hi,
You can have an injunction order passed based on the decree in your Court case. This will prevent your neighbours from continuing their activities.
