College Not issuing reliving and experience letter

Hii
I was working with private College as a lecturer, recently resigned from my position, but they denied to issue reliving letter and experience letter. Without relieving letter I will b unable to join another College. What to do??

A.Hi,
They have an obligation to grant you those documents upon your resignation.
Serve them with legal notice and then file a claim in civil Court for breach of contract. You can claim the income lost as damages.
