A.You have to get Divorce Decree from court before remarriage otherwise the second marriage will not be valid.

A.Hi,
If the case is from your prior marriage, then you cannot remarry until it is resolved.
However, if it is some other case, then you can remarry, but your ex-spouse will be able to claim maintenance.
