Civil matter Civil matter

I own a house, the land 2 building acquired with Bank`s finance, and the same was mortgaged with bank till the entire loan with accrued interest is fully paid. the land & building was mortgaged with bank till 2007 and entire loan was paid. bank issued a no dues certificate in 2007.
During currency of loan my wife and son got it transferred in muncipal record by making a fabricated Notary Parivarik samjhauta signed by some outsiders.
On said fraudulent fabricated notary paper the signature or any type joining / participation by the registered owner apparently disappear and that too only photostate copy was submitted to Nagar Palika.
Afterwards the Chairman of Nagar Palika their previous order and my name was restored. thereafter the aggrired party approach the E.O of same Nagar Palika who reversed the order of the Chairman and again continued their name. on my appeal before C J M Sultanpur, my appeal was dismissed there.
Finally i appealed before the Hon`ble High Court Lucknow Bench challenging the both orders i.e. E. O. Nagar Palikaa and C J M Sultanpur. The Hon`ble High Court in their order stayed the operation of both order, meaning thereby before passing the order by E. O. and C J M the earlier status must be in existence.
But it is sorry state of affairs the Nagar Palika authorty is not complying the H. C. order.
I therefore humbly request you to give me a legal advice to this effect. Although i again went to writ Court Lucknow Bench due to non compliance by the Nagar Palika . The Hon`ble High Court once again passed the order inter that the operation of orders as above stards stayed. On Production of 2nd order the Palika authorty is not complying the same.
Hence, I request with humble submission as it why Nagar Palika Parisad is avoiding to insert my name in their record. Pleas advice me.
With regards Yours Faithfully

A.File a contempt petition in high court and if high court does not take action approach supreme court but since a case for contempt petition is made out, high court must issue necessary directions.
