Death Certificate wrong name

Hi,
i have received my sister death certificate. In that they missed one letter in her name. what will be the impact. Can i use this certificate for property transfer & insurance claims.

A.Go to the concerned authority and get it corrected.

A.No.Better to apply with all the relevant record for correction to avoid all repercussion later on.

A.Yes you can use that after attaching some other documents with that certificate to show her original name. You may also execute an affidavit stating that her name has been wrongly printed on death certificate.
