Regarding a footpath issue

I own 1 acre of land my neighbour own 5 cents of land in between a short foot path was there to go to the upper land one Scheduled caste fellow bought 5 cents in upper land my neigobour closed the road now sc fellow is not having a walkable road Now sc felow is trying to walk through my property pls advice what steps should be taken

A.Approach the Honble court for mandatory and permanent injunction. Mandatory injunction to the effect that the way which your neighbor have closed may be ordered to be vacated and cleared.
Permanent injunction to the effect that your SC fellow may be ordered to be stopped from making way in your property
