Kindly tell me what to do when my husband and in-laws didn't receive court's summons intentionally. My husband is in dubai and my matrimonial house is in ghazipur,UP. The speed post is showing item returned,addressee moved. Addressee absent. Missed delivery. Not delivered. Kindly help me out for valid service. I have filed 498A,125,DV case in Howrah,WB.

A.Dear Sir,
Your advocate may insist the Court to place them ex-parte or get summons issued through paper publication.

A.Hi,

If the summons is unresponsive, there is a need of legal proceedings which would involve the plaintiff by which the plaintiff will be able to prove his/her claim. We would need more details about the matter in order to reach a solution.

A.Hi,

A.If your husband and in-laws didn't receive court's summons intentionally and have managed the speed post then you will have to get a court order for on sight arrest for the in-laws and the summons for husband has to be serviced in Dubai embassy.It is an expensive process and procedure will be followed only if gone through proper channel.
