Sir my parents have purchased a house and not registered by many years but my father extended and build a shetter and sold to another person but not registered but signed on paper that he has taken a money of rs 30000/- and occupied by him with out giving tax amount to us he is getting rents . Later we have registered our house on my mother name and filed a case against him in that we failed to prove the original ownership even with having allthe required legal documents the case gone favour of him now my mother expired we are three sisters now he he not paying tax and not giving my place demanding that they are going to come in postion which is in stay
