Father married again in 2013, my mom and grandpa still doesn't know that. I came to know it in 2014 when I moved with him where he works. There was a lady living with him. I didn't tell family to avoid chaos. She continued to live with us, my father visited to family every week while dropping her to her home. This continued till I got posted to her city. She offered me to live with her parents for a while. I lived with them for couple of months then I moved to other city.
In October she took her belongings form my fathers place stating that she doesn't knew I was his son. Now she filed a case against our whole family including y mom and grand father who never met her. I am a govt banker what to do now?

A.Hi,
This suit wouldn't hamper your job until any offences are proved against you. Since your father had married twice which is illegal, offences will be only be framed against him as nobody else was being involved in his act.

A.Hi,
Second marriage, during the subsistence of the first marriage, is illegal in India and the relationship arising from the same does not have any validity. Even though the law is very clear on this point, 'second marriage' is a common practice in Indian society. As a result of the aforementioned contrast between the law and social practice, second wives in India have little protection under the law. Even though a suit has been filed against your family, you need not worry about it. Your father has committed bigamy, and the burden of proof will lie onto him to defend himself. It has nothing to do with your family. In the absence of any clear provisions under the law, her chances of claiming her rights are largely dependent on the discretion of the judges.
