Can i file for immediate eviction as the rent is very low and ghmc has also demolished the mulgi due to its dilapidated condition. Please advice me in this matter.

A.Hi,
You will need to serve them notice before evicting them. However, if the house is so dilapidated that it poses a safety hazard, then you can approach the Court to have this notice period waived.

No, you will need to give due notice, as per the terms of your agreement. It is only after this that you can have them evicted.
