A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice to repay and threaten them with eviction. You can reclaim the amount by filing a civil money recovery suit. If they claim to have no money, you can recover the amount from the furniture, appliances etc. present in the house.

A.Hi,
Serve him with legal notice of the same. You can then have him evicted and file a civil money recovery suit against him.
