Hi, I need a Help regarding Hearing of Goondas HCP filed for my Father in Madras high court.

Can someone say what’s the present HCP number that’s going on as per seniority or By seeing my number tell me approximately when it will come to hearing.

Here is the details
HCP 54/2021

HCMA010052942021
Filing date is 18.01.21 / Registration date is 20.1.21
First Hearing for admission is 22.1.21

Then it showed ADMIT TAKE NOTICE ADD.PP POST ON 19-02-2021

Please tell me approximately when it will come to hearing

A.Hi,
Under normal circumstances, the next hearing would be within a month.
However, this will also depend on the Judge's discretion and how many actives cases are going on in Court.

A.Hi,
The timeframes will depend on the Judge's discretion and the number of active cases in Court.
However, you can reasonably expect the next hearing to happen within a month.
