In police investigation he was found wrong. Can i stop his central government pension he was in bsnl retirement.
How can i stop his pension bcoz again and again he is doing fake cases on me

A.Hi,
Persons making false claims can be punished under Section 209 IPC. You can make an application to the High Court to quash fake cases under Section 482 CrPC.

A.Hi,
Persons making false claims can be punished under Section 209 IPC. Section 389 IPC makes it an offence to extort people after putting fear of false cases in them.
