Forged documents and trespassing

My uncle forged my father's signature and converted property documents in his name n the property was given for rent to someone.That case is pending in the civil court.Now that property is vacant and again my uncle wants give it for mortgage. So can my father put a public notice board in the property premises if so can someone suggest me a pattern please...
