Senior Citizen Mental harassment & abuse Senior Citizen Mental harassment & abuse

My parents both are senior citizen above 70 my elder brother is mentally harassing my parents which I believe to be for the money and property.
He abused them with foul language and make life threats this has been going for years. to avoid this I've moved out my parents to rented house.
My parents own the house and I need move them back to there property. We have consulted and had intervention with my elder brother among other family elders and he has promised that he will not abuse my parent any further but I have no turs on my brother and I want to legally prepare for the worst .

Let me know what are my legal options.
