1. Can Hon'ble Judge make final decision on a Civil case at the time of arguments between the lawyers of both petitioner and respondent in the disposal stage of a Case? I ask this question because a lawyer told me that the judge was not favour to the petitioner , (who is eligible for a positive order ), at the time of Arguements. Can he re consider / verify things before drafting a judgement order? Please reply.
2. Reports / Statements in the Carrer weeklies can be treated as a evidence before Hon High Court ? Is Court consider the same as Valid evidence?

A.Hi,
1. The Judge has the power to decide the case on the basis if the submissio9ns made before him. An application can be made to review or revise this order.
2. This would constitute secondary evidence, if verified.

A.Hi,
1. Yes, he has the discretion to decide the case on the basis of the facts, evidence and arguments advanced.
2. This would constitute a form of secondary evidence.
