my father has given my younger brother at The age of 10 years for adoption to my mother's elder sister WITH ALL FORMALITIES THROUGH REGISTERED DOCUMENT NOW HE IS ASKING SHARE IN NATURAL FATHER'S PROPERTY (ONE HOUSE AND AGRI LAND) WE ARE 3 MALES AND 3 FEMALES. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVICE WHETHER HE IS ELEIGIBLE TO GET SHARE IN NATURAL FATHER'S PROPERTY.

No, he cannot claim his share in the property of his biological father. As he was being adopted; he can only claim and inherit a share in his adoptive parents' properties. Thank You
