we are a family of 3 brothers and 3 sisters. One of my brothers was given adoption to my mother's elder sister (she do not have childrens) he is at the age of 10 years. Now he is asking for share in biological father's property, agri land. Please advice whether he is eligible to get property in bilogical father.

No, he cannot claim a share in his biological father's property but can only inherit and claim in his adoptive parents' property. Thank You
