Sir , What is the meaning of " case disposed " - "contested and dismissed" . In such a situation any probability to get a favourable order / judgement to the petitioner by the concerned Judge ?

A.Case disposed means case has been decided either by Judgment or other way. Contested means this case was contested by the concerned party on merits and dismissed means dismissed for some reason without any positive outcome. If order is appealable you can approach higher court. For further detailed information plz contact through Vidhikarya

A.Case disposed means case is done with by passing final judgement whereas case dismissed is case over which may be by passing final judgement or on rejection of the case in any of the hearings due to certain reasons
