Cheating in name of business

Hello Sir
I was cheated by my Friend and my old Manager for start Network businees in 2018.
They made my mind bash and taken personal laon 3 lakh and invest. That time they never disclose this is NEtwork businees,
They signposted some paper on the thread. Now they are not picking my phone and returning my money. Please suggest what action i can take
for return my money. I am very frsutrate to dposite my EMI against Perosnal loan.

It is advisable for you to file a case of cheating under 415 of IPC and 107 IPC for the misrepresentation and concealment of material facts.

A.Hi,
You can file a case of Fraudulent misconduct and concealment of facts against them. You can also ask the court to put a stay on the EMIs.

A.Dear client,
You better file a case of complaint at civil court through advocate and state in petition all about how they cheated you and now u are facing liability bank loan.
