A.Hi,
You cannot remarry until you get an annulment or divorce from your first spouse. If you wish to see her, you can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights.

A.Hi,
You will have to file for an annulment or divorce before remarrying. Failure to do so will result in your second marriage being void.
