Can I file a Complaint on my company because they were not given us Salary Increment on last year also they are planning to cancel our this year's Increment?

A.Hi,
If there was any clause pertaining to raise in the salary, then you can file a suit for the breach of contract otherwise, no legal action would be possible against the company. Thank You

A.Hi,
Unfortunately, unless you have a contract guaranteeing raises, there is no legal right to raises. If you have a contract that requires you to get raises based on a certain time frame or performance rating, then you may have a lawsuit, otherwise, you have no cause of action.
