i have filed three cases in family court bandra and iam fighting party in person , as iam not affordable to hire private lawyer. i was cheated by a lawyer the one hired only for filing and drafting he has taken sum of 1 lac rupees from now gave NOC and iam now fighting myself , iam in need of legal advice and support from family court magistrate maharashtra , so that i can move my case in fast track and get the maintenance order , child custody order and rcr order passed in my favour as my husband is refusing me to accept and asking me to withdraw maintenance and child access and he needs divorce from me , but i want to reconcile and reside with my 12yr old son in my matrimonial house , please help me to win my case , and let my husband appear and accept me. kindly give me call back at the soonest. - 9321399129.

You can contact your State's Legal Aid Cell if you are unable to afford a lawyer, one will be provided to you for free. File a complaint against this advocate with the Maharashtra Bar Council for misconduct under Section 35 of the Advocates Act.
