is it permissible to seek advancement of a criminal case (that is, put up) for clarification of last order? i will be at a loss if the last order is not clarified before the next scheduled date.

A.It is permissible in law to seek hearing of a case by put up the only thing that need to be ensured is the allowing of the put up application by convincing the court of the need or urgency of the matter and how it would be against your bona fide interest if you choose to take up the matter on its scheduled date of hearing. Those are lawyers skill to convince the court and therefore it is suggested that you visit a competent lawyer.

You can file a suit for clarification/ modification of order if the order is not clear to you
You can seek the help of a lawyer who can interpret the language for you. If you have reasonable time before the next date, it is advisable for you to clarify your doubts before it.

A.Hi,
If the order is not clear to you, you can seek the help of a lawyer who can interpret the language for you. If you have reasonable time before the next date, it is advisable for you to clarify your doubts before it.
If not, then the court shall see whether the language of the order was not easily understandable.
