Respected Sir/ mam, I find a data entry job on Naukri.com. They give me online data entry job where I have to fill 600 forms within 7 days. There is a online agreement where they mention if when a not completed their work with 93% accuracy then I have to pay 3999 but before agree this agreement I ask her what is this . She reply its just a formality you have nothing to pay anything because this is your first project. After this I accept and start doing my project and I complete 600 forms on time. But when I ask about my payment she said someone call you for bank details I said ok. I pick a call that was another no. she said your accuracy is 89.50 and you have to 3999 I said but I confirmed all this before accepting this. Then she replied its just a formality when you pay this amount you payment including this amount which you are paying is credited to you account during the call within 15minutes. But when I pay the amount and share the screenshot for confirmation within a sec she blocked me from everywhere after receiving the amount . I have chats recording everything. What should I do now . Please give me suggestion.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.
