Notification of PSC and Qualification

Sir, Qualification prescribed for a PSC post is 1. BCom with Cooperation 2. DCA or MS Office. Qualification of candidate is B Com Cooperation ( Optional ) with Computer application as one of the Subject in BCom . As Kerala Govt Order 2012, BCom with Computer is equal to DCA . Is the candidate eligible as per notification?. If PSC rejected candidature can he file suit to get favourable order from Hon'ble Court ? Have any Chance to win the case ?

A.Hi,
The DCA must be considered equivalent to the Bcom in the eyes of PCS.
