Private School fee consession in 2020-21 in bangalore

I have paid the full academic fee of a private school as for being late they used to remove student from the online msteams and student were not able to attend classes until fee was paid. But in 29 jan 2021 government said only 70℅ of fee was supposed to pay to any school in this 2020-21 academic year. Now what do I do to ask school to return my 30℅ which I paid extra. Also the school fee consist of other sports, library, welfare charges. So can I ask for those fee back too along with the 30% fee. What is the criteria?

did you checked that schools took stay order ?
and how much % of fees was increased by school ?
govt passed this rule for votes of foolish indian knowing schools will take stay order.
the court will take months to give final order and govt and schools will blame court.
so govt wins, schools wins. people and court looses.
also schools increased fees 30% so even if in end they have to return then also they will be in no loss.

A.Hi,
Since only 70% was to be paid, your can ask for the refund of the money. you can approach the authorities of the school stating the same. If they do not revert, send a legal notice with the help of a lawyer.
