APARTMENT COMPLEX - ASSOCIATION MEMBER BULLYING RESIDENTS
3 years ago
What is to be done in a situation where I live in an apartment complex in Bangalore and the committee members impose random rules and harass residents? One particular member of the committee particularly and constantly is behaving badly, using the building manager and security guards to intimidate residents. Random impositions are made with no recourse to those situations.
I believe I'm particularly targeted as I live alone with a dog. This person uses the dog as an excuse for anything and everything.

A.I remembered a notice I sent to COMPLEX - ASSOCIATION and all committee members resigned by that notice.
The person in similar situation of yours in that apartment is now president in that association.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint with the Managing Committee which can then be escalated to General Body of Association.
If you are still aggrieved with the situation, you can consult the Registrar of Societies.
The last resort is approaching the Legal courts.
If you like it, do rate us.
