Can private complaint be filed when false document has been used in court
3 years ago
Hi,
My wife has created false jurisdiction in Hyderabad, creating false rental agreement, to falsely show and mislead the police & court that she is resident of Hyderabad.
Then she has filed many cases in Hyderabad, including 498a.
The 498a case in pending, but, wife is not appearing before police for investigation even after 2 years. The police also have realized that she is not residing in the false address she has provided.
Can I file a private complaint u/s related fabricating false documents and cheating now?

A.If she has submitted false and fabricated documents to the Court then you can pray to the court to invoke Section 191 to 193 of IPC against her and that shall put her in witness box for further procedure.
