Wedding photographer not delivering pictures and video

Hi its been two months my wedding photographer isn't responding to my calls n msgs n not delivering my videos n pics. I didnt sign any contract with him as he was referred to me n thought all would go well. What shall I do now

A.dear client send him a legal notice to deliver the work or you will initiate a legal action against him. you can be dragged him into consumer forum for this.

A.Since he was present during the wedding and shot all the videos and photos are good enough to prove that there was an oral contract for this work. Send him a legal notice to deliver the work or you will initiate a legal action against him. Having said that it will be a bot difficult to establish that there was any service contract between him and you and it is not impossible. He can be dragged to a consumer forum for this. But what is the reason that he is not delivering? Have you pad him all the fees?
