Murder case

We were fighting a muder case in the District Court, which was decided a year ago which was not in favor of us. So can we go to the High Court, and is there any time limit..?
What should I do next for justice . Please please give best solid advice/suggestions ..??

A.still thinking for 1 year to go to HC so you agreed with District Court.
Limitation already ended but people are lucky.
Due to lockdown , limitation is removed till 15 march by SC. After 15 march clock started again.

A.Yes. The time to file appeal is 90 days in such cases. Due to Corona limitation was suspended and was restarted from march.

Such a limitation is provided under the Limitation Act, 1963. For appeal, in case of a decree passed by lower court in civil suit, the limitation is : Appeal to High Court - 90 days from the date of decree Or order.
